Everyone needs to make sure that they have purchased their round trip plane ticket from home to Atlanta and back home. To get the best rates you should do that asap.

Please make sure to follow the instructions below.  You do need to send in your flight arrangements so we can make sure we secure the needed transportation.

Date of arrival:

· On your arrival date you are to arrive before 3 PM.  Bus will leave by 4PM from the airport.  Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world so plan accordingly.

· Your team leaders will meet you at baggage claim.

· AIM provides the transportation from the Atlanta Airport to Gainesville.

Date of departure:

·On your departure date you will need to make travel arrangements to fly out between 8AM to 12noon.

· Everyone will return to Atlanta a day before flying home. There will be hotel rooms reserved for everyone in Atlanta where the teams will come back for one final debrief. Your leaders will then escort you to the airport in the morning where you will either fly or meet your ride between 8 AM to 12 noon.

  1. Please send specific dates for return from Swaziland AND from Altanta. Will the kids fly home from Atlanta on the 19th or 20th? Please advise so that we can make those domestic flight arrangements.

Also, please make this very clearn….Ani is to go from her flight departure to the baggage claim where someone will have a sign for Adventures in Missions to pick her up? She is flying alone and wants to know all the details for pick up.

    Thanks!

  2. Chandler,
I completely forgot about that previous post. I already have my flight but thought I’d post to help clear it up for others. So much for that:-). Thanks!

  3. Hey Mrs. Lynn, my mom and I had the same questions you did and they posted a blog on it. I think it was before Ani was a part of the trip. But if you look under “Topics” on the left side and go to “Admissions Posts: Training Camp” and there is a blog named “Trainning Camp- Dates and Times”
(I think it is the only blog under that catagory)
It gives a few more details that this blog doesn’t have. I hope this helps! 🙂
