ANNOUNCING TRAINING CAMP
DATES AND TIMES!!!!

 
Your Training Camp is in:

GAINESVILLE, GA
 
You will fly into Atlanta, GA on:
June 19, 2009
 
You are to arrive in the Atlanta airport BEFORE 3PM, the last bus will leave promptly at 4PM.

If driving to Gainesville, you are to arrive AFTER 5PM.
 
You will fly out of Atlanta to go home on:

July 19, 2009
 
You are to fly out of the Atlanta airport between 8AM to 12noon.
 
We do not supply any transportation back to Gainesville, GA

  1. The team will be finished with training camp on the 24th of June and flying to Swaziland that evening.

    On the return the team will arrive in Atlanta on the 18th of July and debrief that evening. She can be picked up from the Airport the morning of the 19th.

    hope this answers the questions.

  2. Are they flying into the Atlanta airport from Swaziland on July 19 or will they come in before and be at the AIM base first for a debrief?

    What I’m trying to figure out is if we drive to pick her up, would we be doing so from the airport as she flies in straight from Africa?

  3. Looking into insurance. What date will the training camp end and when will you all actually be flying out of Atlanta to Swaziland?
